Here are the most common items that I am asked for on a regular basis.
Floor Pans
|
Steering coupler with NEW BOLTS. If your worn old rubber steering coupler
breaks, you will indeed lose your ability to steer the car. They age due to
use and heat...$29.95

Outer rocker skins ( rocker panels) Volvo no longer makes these.
Ours are a full 48 inches long and are formed on special dies using heavy 16
guage
steel. They extend from the bottom of the car up under the door and the edge
is hidden under the weatherstripping windlace. This "seamless" design is not
only much stronger than the thinner, original factory rockers but prevents
moisture seepage and the resulting rust. They are so strong that NO
perforated "stiffener panel" is needed as on the originals.
Still only $36 each |

Heavy duty, stock ride height, 20% stiffer front and rear suspension
springs.
These will return your car to it's proper ride height as almost all 1800's
have sagged due to age and worn out shock absorbers. You will not believe
the number of rusted out 1800's that we have disassembled that had shocks
with factory undercoating on them! We have sold hundreds of these over the
years.
$105 per pair front or rear. |

Fuel
injectors. 1970 thru 1973. We sell the very same Bosch made fuel injectors
that you would recieve if you bought them from a Volvo dealer. The only
difference is that they are $160 each at a Volvo dealer and we sell them for
$119.95 each! You will save $80 on a set! |
Fuel
Injectors
Jack struts. These are the "outriggers" that extend
from the main frame rails to the inner rocker panels and originally had the
"jack pad" for use with the original jack.
Volvo's replacements do not have the jack pad as our's don't but ours are
made of heavier steel.
Still only $19 each. |
Jack
Struts
Rear crossmembers
left and right. These run parallel to the jackstruts but are located under
the front seats. The parking brake lever bolts to the left (drivers side)
and already has the hole for it. To duplicate the original , these are made
on highly sophisticated machinery as they have many different angles even
thought they appear to be simple box sections. Again they are made of
heavier guage steel than the originals.
Still only $19 each |
Cross Member Rear
Rear
suspension bushing kit. This 10 piece kit fits all 1800's from 1968 thru
1973.
It consists of 2 large "hourglass" bushings, 4 small "hourglass bushings",
2 straight steel sleeved bushings and 2 "spool" bushings for the transverse,
axle locating panhard bar.
Only $79.95 |

Floor pans Left and Right $69.95 each. These cover the full width of the
front footwells and extend 36 inches forward from where the seat tracks
bolt in. This allows you to simply bend the front portion up to cover the
firewall area if need be. They are the same thickness as the originals and
have the original pattern stamped into them.
They also have the flange at the inner rocker panel turned DOWN just as the
originals. Restoration shops love these!
